Oak Island Capital Partners is a Dutch investor in profitable, mid-sized businesses in the Netherlands. It was founded in late 2018 by two seasoned investment professionals Maurits Hesseling and Patrick van Rossum.

Oak Island invests with co-investors from its network of private investors and entrepreneurs and aims at aligning its investors with the specific investment profile at hand in order to enhance its understanding of and network in a specific business area.

Our extensive in-depth experience in acquisitions, investment banking, corporate divestments, growth strategies, operational excellence and management makes us a trusted partner for business owners.

We invest in mid-sized businesses that have (significant) improvement potential or are facing specific challenges. These challenges may include growth ambitions, succession matters, corporate divestments and disentanglements.

When required Oak Island has access to a well-developed network of seasoned managers and operators to assure management is up to required standards to execute the company’s agenda.
